BIMBADEEN ENVIROFARM BEEF - "ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY MEAT"

Bimbadeen Envirofarm Beef is grown on Phillip Island by Bob and Anne Davie and is guaranteed tender. Bimbadeen is registered as an Envirofarm, and is International ISO 14001 compliant. Our cattle are grown under natural grass fed conditions and supplemented with grass silage produced on our property. We use NO growth promotants or antibiotics and no bought in grain or feed. All meat is inspected and graded under Meat Standards Australia (MSA) and has a tenderness guarantee.

A carcase of Bimbadeen Envirofarm Beef can weigh between 220 – 255 kg.Thus a half a side of beef will have an average weight around 42kg of packaged meat. Weights will vary slightly depending on the overall weight of the animal. The actual weight you receive is minus most of the bones. Packs of bones can also be included on request.

All meat is packaged and labelled on small trays – generally in two person servings. The silverside is corned and the sausages and mince steak are packaged in small lots ready for the freezer.
